HR23 passed in congress yesterday. It moves on to the Senate. This bill imposes sanctions against foreign persons (individuals and entities) who assist the International Criminal Court (ICC) in investigating, arresting, detaining, or prosecuting CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS. (see more)
