Well the first day back in the office after Christmas was actually really nice. I’ve had a lovely day.

So after a few miserable months of not being able to go the gym due to being diagnosed with Costochondritis, the physio has just given me the go ahead to return.

So after a few miserable months of not being able to go the gym due to being diagnosed with Costochondritis, the physio has just given me the go ahead to return.
And there we have it, the final goodbye! 40 years of entertainment, 40 years of joy, 40 years of a daily escapism filled with love, laughter and tears. What a sad day. Again. #GoodbyeNeighbours #Neighbours

I was diagnosed with #HIV in 1998, when I was 30.
Many of my friends had died of AIDS. I did not expect to live to 50.
I’m 58 now.
HIV treatment works.
Treatment also makes it impossible for me to pass HIV on during sex.
Ensure HIV treatment for all.
End HIV stigma.
