Just popping in, I am still alive. Made vegan spruce tree tip shortbread, cardamom cookies and sprinkle cookies today. The #crps has been pretty terrible, but has not quite killed me off yet. Are they ever going to try to find a cure I wonder?

I am watching The Newsroom on Prime. I have not watched it in a decade. It was a masterpiece and predicted so much. I think I even appreciate it more now.

I have not been on here for a while as I adjust to life with worsening #CRPS It is hard, will not lie. It is amazing how so many people leave you once you are disabled. They do not want to look at you, see you, or hear you. This includes the people that you stood beside when no one else would

Every year I get sucked down the rabbit hole of watching news stories and recordings and documentaries about 9/11 and it never gets easier no matter how many years I revisit it. I still feel like I’m sitting on the couch with my 3 week old son watching it happen again. It breaks my heart.

I speak with Pain Dr today for my #CRPS first time in 5 months and only a phone call. I am going to flat out say, either help me find a way to manage the pain, or help me die via #MAID My CRPS has spread into my spine and other arm now. I cannot do this anymore without adequate care or relief

I managed to do 50 minutes of exercise on my stationary bike today (in 5 intervals) With #CRPS it literally was my own personal Mount Everest! I put in my new buds that I treated myself to and got into the music. Hoping I can try to do it again tomorrow without a flare up. Wish me luck (please!)

It takes me alot longer to do things as I require many breaks to get anything done with my #crps. I will proudly say I did manage to decorate the table for Easter!

My Husband is home. He is on inhalers, anti-biotics and steroids. Doing alot better! Still a road for recovery, but really grateful for the care he got at the Hospital. Pneumonia and copd are a scary mix.

I have been quiet on here, actually everywhere. I was sick 2 weeks ago it was really rough but I recovered. My Husband with COPD got it and it has turned into double pneumonia. He is having a very difficult time. Please send him (and us) your positive vibes. This is very frightening.

Cheering for Ferrari is a bit like being a Toronto Maple Leafs fan.. IYKYK.
