Looking forward to suggesting this to my trainee, we have a little duck pond outside our council office which I don’t give enough attention to! 🦆
I’ve been thinking about which strengths are most visible when people work together and particularly the ones that show up quietly but just as meaningfully. It feels just as true for children as for us as adults, making me think about how we create spaces where every contribution is valued 💭

Belonging isn't just about being there, it's about being valued, noticed & able to take part in ways that feel authentic 💫

Really recommend Motivational Interviewing training with @fionacoley.bsky.social and @drcathyatkinson.bsky.social. They bring such humility and warmth, valuing everyone’s contributions no matter where you are in the learning hierarchy (for me, still at the acquisition stage but I’m ok with that!) 🤩
