It's so fitting that Donald Trump's inauguration will be held in the Capitol Rotunda, the very place four years ago where his pack of lawless loons ransacked, looted, and smeared their excrement. What an apt metaphor for what the incoming administration plans to do to America.

The Capitol Rotunda has been traditionally used for presidents lying in state.

This Monday, it will be used for a president lying to *all* states.
