#Delirium is often missed in #Parkinson’s - quick, reliable screening could change this. We found the 4AT is a sensitive tool for spotting #delirium in #Parkinson’s

But accuracy drops in those with known cognitive issues - a gap we need to address.

Wrote a review paper on delirium in people with Parkinsons disease in 2015 so lovely to see this comprehensive paper looking at just that. Great work Alison Yarnall @drrachaellawson.bsky.social and colleagues.
