Great to go on this podcast for the 4th time, discussing a period of domestic and international struggles for Colombian football, with a few outlying achievements standing out in an otherwise ‘black hole’ of positive meanings for football

Atlético Huila are losing their cupo and are going to leave Neiva and play instead in Yumbo, Cali. I’d feel sorry for them, but they got rid of their women’s team after they won the Copa Libertadores, something their men would never get close to achieve, so hard to feel much sympathy.

Scotland 85 USA 0. Pretty humiliating game. Trump’s boys aren’t up to much, waste of time them playing at this level as they can’t compete

Alex Hartley is bright, bubbly and an entertaining (if not amazingly insightful) listen. This bit of punditry is an all-time moment of foolishness though prior to a big game. Way to give the South Africans motivation: www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricke...
Predictably dismal performance when it matters alas
Women's Cricket World Cup 2025: 'No doubt' England beat South Africa to make final, says Alex Hartley
Former spinner Alex Hartley says England's improvement throughout the group stage puts them as favourites to beat South Africa and reach the World Cup final.
