Day 2 of meditating 1 hour in the morning.
My mind was sooo busy!
And it was ‘difficult’ in the sense of was too hot, too cold, never just right (hello, goldilocks). So many things on my brain.
I did do some energizing stretches before hand on day 2 so maybe that’s why.
Day 3 review coming soon

My mind was sooo busy!

Ok my puppy series was over after day 3.
Also Steve the Sourdough DIED 😭😭😭 it’s been a tough week but not dialling things back and not trying to do so many things at once.
Closing some of the tabs, and focusing in. On what? Well I do not yet know but I’m figuring it out 🤗✨
