Just a few of the hundreds of titles and series I've worked on over the years.

I bought a page of original Nexus art by Steve to help him and his wife out. It's sad to me that an artist of his caliber has fallen on hard times and it seems to be happening a lot more often with great artists. Support the arts and artists that you enjoy. tripwiremagazine.co.uk/headlines/ve...

Would LOVE to see a book about Marvel corner boxes! A book on the history, art & different styles. Edit: When I posted this years ago I was asked by someone about possibly working on one but never happened. Also found out from a Marvel pal that a lot of box originals had been taken & sold on eBay.

"Hey, Pat--can you still letter by hand on a page of art?" Why, sure, yes I can and here's and example. "Ah, great! Would you like to letter my 100 page magnum opus on the actual art?" Well, no, not really, but if you paid me $75 a page then maybe.

Is it weird that I can Identify most of the different hand letterer work in this panel from John Byrne's Superman #10? I see John Costanza, Todd Klein, John Workman, Steve Haynie and a few others I can't identify. All pasted-up by Mike Carlin.

A few pages of Steve Buccellato's color guides from Wolverine with my lettering. I love looking at old color guide pages with all the color codes written on the side. I found these over on Comicartfans.
