The concept Nigel Farage is incapable of grasping is human rights are universal - if we start stripping away basic human rights from any section of society then none of us has rights – just privileges that can be taken away by people in power whenever they want. I’ll fight that to my last breath

Disgusted by Greg Wallace’s prurient alleged request to a BSL interpreter to sign sexist phrases. Insensitive to women and to people with disabilities. Yet what can be behind such behaviour from a grown man? A deep sense of impotence, alienation and inadequacy, an illness or a disorder?

I read in The Times that X/Twitter is shedding users at a rate of 14% a month — on account of too many trolls, I assume. Meanwhile BlueSky, the Times says, has been growing by 1 million a day.

Not at all delighted that I’ve had a number of inappropriate direct messages from people, allegedly men, with inspiring conversation starters like ‘Hello dear’. Whether these are real people, scammers or bots, I instantly block them. Who else gets these and how do you deal with them?

So true. This relatively simple thing, as regular practice, can return us to ourselves.
Ceation of a shared spacious present is a RADICAL ACT in our current lives. The fast pace fuelling a protective/defensive position that prevents landing in the possibility/pain of the present. But those who can safely keep landing in the truth of the reality they both hold and serve is extraordinary
