In #Coventry with @edrc-uk.bsky.social people to see the new Very Light Rail. Track built in 4 weeks without needing to disturb utilities under the road due to innovative construction techniques. Could it be the future for mass roll out of trams across the UK?

Does anybody know the UK laws that make it legal to store private property on the public highway if it is a car but illegal if it were a shed? What is the dividing line? Can you park a caravan in the street? If so, can I put wheels on my shed? Could I convert a van into a home office?
