A long time ago in this same galaxy, we asked ourselves "where does azole antifungal resistance in fungi come from?"

So we set about sampling Aspergillus fumigatus to build a collection of 1000+ samples spanning a century from 34 countries.
The Dutch are super logical, but there is a subset that decide to let off fireworks during the daytime. No country is perfect, I guess.

Releasing alignism, a small tool that I have found useful for doing multiple sequence alignment in browser.

hgbrian.github.io/alignism/

- The hard work was done by the awesome biowasm team!
- Does tree building too
- V fast compared to e.g., muscle on EBI
- Not tested that much!

WELL NOW, would you look at that? A massive, 24-YEAR-LONG study of MORE THAN 1.2 MILLION people in Denmark found NO LINK between aluminum in childhood vaccines and autism, asthma, OR chronic disorders.

Aluminum is an ADJUVANT.

It ENHANCES your immune response to a vaccine.

That’s it.
