If Cardiff Met continue with proposed compulsory redundancies, they will be the first university to cross the line.

Cardiff Met UCU has requested that Cardiff Met re open their voluntary severance programme or, if necessary, a voluntary redundancy programme across the whole university. Universities should not be choosing to use compulsory redundancy.
