We’ve endorsed a new Canadian guideline for endoscopic management of nonvariceal, nonpeptic ulcer bleeding. Published in AGA-Gastro.bsky.social, this guideline provides specific recommendations for managing malignant tumors, Mallory-Weiss tears, Dieulafoy’s lesions, and GAVE.
