Meissner is upset that the AAP boycotted the meeting, and claims it is childish.
I would so much rather be childish than have professional medical organizations lend legitimacy to this farce. The AAP's (and IDSA, SAHM, SHEA) example should be followed by all professional medical societies.

Thimerosal is a preservative found in some flu vaccines. False information and faulty “science” about thimerosal are frequently used to mislead parents in an attempt to scare them out of vaccinating their children.
