Last sample of the season at one of my favourite spots. 10C and most adult crayfish have mostly disappeared from the stream.

We just sued to protect the Miami cave crayfish, a species under immediate threat from saltwater intrusion cause by sea-level rise, more frequent tidal flooding, and storms of increasing intensity.
By 2070, they may lose as much as half of all available habitat.
