Anti-inflammatory diet has also done wonders, but the red light is something that is easier and faster to try out.

Red-light therapy might help manage the pain. Anecdotally, weāve had surprisingly good results curing carpel tunnel and even reducing pain from broken bones during recovery. We used just a $30-$40 one from Amazon as a test.

Your colors are gorgeous and vibrant, I thought Lisa Frank when scrolling but then I stopped to look again. I hope you know when it prints your colors are going to be off. Be sure to offer high-res pdfs if you don't!
