We’re working at the ATTO - an atmospheric observatory 325m above the Amazon rainforest. Sampling the aeromicrobiome, far from major anthropogenic aerosol sources, above pristine tropical rainforest in the heart of the central Amazon 🦠🧬🔬⛅️

This adds a biological feedback to climate change that is overlooked in carbon-cycle models 📈
