i think people forget that estinien is very much "wol is my ride or die" even if he's not explicit about it the same way some npcs are very much "i love da wol" his style of affection (platonic or otherwise) is like a cat when they bring you a dead rat and be like "i killed this for you it's a gift"

realizing the root of trauma you never fully understood you had, because you are finally old enough and experienced enough to understand, because you were born with said trauma, sure fucking sucks. i have so much to unpack in therapy this week
