I got diagnosed with diabetes a few days ago and one of the big things I've learned is just how much sugar, salt, butter actually is in american food product. you dont realize how much slop you're consuming until you're forced to pay attention to it and cut it from your diet.

I've played mario kart world, games really fuckin good. well worth the wait for me. I managed to get the expansion pass so im trying totk's upgrade pack, totk at full 60+fps is incredible. could replay the entire game like that if i wanted to.
