ANOTHER ONE! This took me nine hours and like four or five restarts bc I didn't like how it looked most of the time... But now, I can say that I'm kinda proud of how it looks. Not the best because I have a lot more to practice but still ❤️ #Ghoap #CoD #GhostSoap #SoapGhost #characterdesign
Image: Ghost(left) and Soap(right) are on a mission and Soap gets shot, causing them to hide in a building to recoup with the team and wait for exfil. Soap is shot in the arm and Ghost is holding the wound. These two have a chokehold on me right now.. I keep drawing them and adding more headcannons and scars. Proof kind of? It took me nine hours to finish but like seven or eight hours to finally figure out how to draw it.. I have a lot to practice 💔 will gladly take any tips or tricks when it comes to drawing bodies in dynamic poses! Thank you if you chose to share :)) Also kinda proof- though I really just liked the way that Soap's nose looked like in this try. I made a headcannon for Soap while I was drawing this try that he broke his nose once and it didn't heal right so he had a small scar and a bit of crookedness at the bridge. Can you.. tell that Soap is my favorite of the two..? No..? Good.. because he definitely isn't.. not at all. Reference from Pinterest that I used but only kinda sorta in a way. I haven't practiced a lot of perspective when it comes to anatomy or just in general so I didn't use the parts of it that are too focused on the perspective of the poses and stuff- kind of just the basic shape of how the two were laying, sitting, and holding each other. Any tips on anatomy or perspective would be greatly appreciated and put to good use! :))

Tiny doodle of the boys heads with "Ghoap Doodles pt. 1 written! Tiny Lemon to say hi as well! :) Soap!! "Can you tell who's my favorite and when I locked in?" I had intially wanted this sketchbook page to be full of the boys but I couldn't figure out how to draw Simon at first.. turns out I needed to draw Soap first! Test on the left says: "Scars on his ears from close calls with headphones/mic breaking." Ghost!! Or Simon, without the mask! "No mask, locked in here too lol!" I really like this design because I see the unkempt, kinda curly hair on Simon a lot and I love the idea of it. He's a cutie patootie. Ghost's drawing has a small patch of hair missing on the right side of his forehead! "Slightly buzzed part that won't grow back due to an accident" this is because "foreshadowing on how much Soap's death affects him." This was definitely not because I messed up and then came up with it last minute and it made me sad so I kept it... Not at all.
