First workout of 2026 all done. Def put on some weight over crimmus but it's fine. Strength is still there, and we're moving from 3 days a week to 2 to see if it aids with my chronic fatigue/ long covid symptoms.

I'm watching Stranger things after Heated Rivalry and...it's yeah, the quality is night and day in terms of character work. I know they're totally different in every way genre wise, but still. There's no love in the stranger things episodes. Not for the characters, not for the lore, nothing :/
