I could watch Denzel Washington do the washing up, he’s that good. But otherwise Gladiator 2 felt like a watered down version of the original, without the gravitas, emotion and craft. Not to say Ridley Scott isn’t a god of cinema, but wish he’d left this alone. #Gladiator2
