Sometimes i ask friends for a pokemon, so i can make them buff.
Why not give me a pokemon to buff?
Just keep it to one choice, and try to pick one thats decently possible.
(Its also a generic pokemon)

My ability to draw quickly with muscle detail. Or just quickly in general if you wanna go that.
All these took about under 2 hours. Perhaps even 1 hour.
The raichu has to have been atleast 3 due to just shading.

I wanna add on that knowing the basics means it's easier to become "adaptable" to multiple styles of art. It's harder to learn new things when you dont understand the basics.
The more styles of art you understand, the more options to fuck around.
