Birthdays are weird for me, but I'm grateful this year to be surrounded by the people that choose to be in my life. I'm putting my 20s behind me. I transitioned, I moved to the other side of the country, changed in positive ways the me of 10 years ago wouldn't believe

I'm proud I made it this far.
