I'm actively trying to avoid getting riled up, and have learnt to accept that there's little I personally can do to push back against the extremes of hatred whether misogyny, racism, homophobia or whatever else, given how aggressively the tide has pushed towards extremism

12 full months since these bars and mezcal distilleries of Oaxaca, Mexico.
I didn't plan it, but for some reason I stuck with it. Fitter, healthier, happier. I sleep much better. I've lost weight and have more mental energy.
