I can't understand how governments don't seem to know the difference between spending and investments. Investing in education, health, infrastructure et al is not spending but rather investments in the future that yield dividends in multiples of what was originally invested!

um... the Stanley Cup in hockey is awarded ON THE ICE to the CAPTAIN of the WINNING TEAM and NOT the owner- AND each player has their name etched onto the trophy! do you do that with football? hell no!
