Trump is so proud of his performance, I bet he could be goaded into taking the test on live TV. That would absolutely silence all his critics.
He’s doing “I aced it” on the “very advanced mental acuity” test again.

I thought the earlier news from A&M was bad, but this is incredibly bleak. It’s close to the point of not having a functional university.
Message to all faculty: your expertise is no longer trusted or valued at this so-called “university.”

the thing that strikes me about this — again, besides it being false — is the venom and disrespect for the people who come here to work and build better lives. they aren’t “servants.”
JD Vance: "Democrats' idea was the way you get more prosperity is that you import more and more low wage servants."

And you're furious about a kid getting a free school lunch?

Next Nobel Awards season gonna be lit! Trump's Peace Prize pretty much already in hand. Physics? Read this word salad and tell me it isn't his too. Fucking magnets! Literature? Re-read that paragraph! Move over Ernest Hemingway, Toni Morrison, and Mario Vargas Llosa! Dude probably runs the table!

One more thing: I'm furious that Dems don't understand that a fight with MAGA can't be neat and tidy. The Civil Rights protests were bloody. Ditto for the Viet Nam protests and Women's Rights protests. Whites today want comfort while ICE beats brown people to within an inch of their lives.
instead of saying this was good strategy, maybe senate dems should say: "the republicans were going to kill people by starving them to death, and because we aren't monsters, we decided to let this fight go. We'll keep fighting. Stop electing monsters."

It's interesting watching the Dems try to rationalize how their party caved to MAGA and the orange turd. Let's be honest: the air was sucked out of the room when the Dems caved. All the momentum from No Kings and the 11/4 election fizzled. It's going to be a long winter with no action. Bye, Dems.

Bob Harshbarger pleaded guilty to fraud & distributing kidney drugs from China that weren't FDA approved.

His wife was an officer in the company, but claimed she wasn't involved.

The WH says the pardon was not related to his last name

Says it all...
Trump is 30 points underwater. Dems swept the special elections. People know the GOP is responsible for the shutdown. So the Dem Senators pulled out their big guns... and shot themselves in the foot.

Important to understand this. There's a reasonable chance that your Dem Senator who voted against it and is acting mad now was in on the play. It's the same reason why they scheduled the surrender for AFTER the election this week. They didn't want people pissed at Dems right before an election.
The caucus meeting was just to orchestrate who would fall on the sword but not be up for a vote in 2026.
so currently defectors are:

Kaine (2030)
Shaheen (Retiring)
Hasan (2028)
Fetterman (2028)
Durbin (Retiring)
CCM (2028)
Rosen (2030)
