There are two kinda separated themes in aging, that are sometimes wrongly mixed. The first is the improve healthy life span within the current lifespan limitations, and the other, to breach the glass ceiling of living pass 120.

You can try ignoring it, however if you really wish to see human live pass 120, you must invest in new lines of thoughts. Investing in diet/exercise/drugs that activate or inhibit a single "in-program" pathway, will not only not achieve your goal but also inhibit promising ideas
