I recently learned a peer said her “talents are being wasted” at her current job. That’s on you girl. Real talent is not above doing work. Exploiting your talents is on you, not the jobs you accept. Be more like Wally.

Why do folks put "kindly" in emails when making a request. Are they saying that their request is kind? I'll be the judge of that. Or do they think they need to tell me to be kind as I fulfill their request. Neither interpretation seems very kind.
