I am a den leader for both my daughters. If you’re at all familiar with the organization you know forcing it back into being the “boys-only” space that has been historically, um, problematic is a bad idea, and the opening up of membership to all has been critical to the ongoing survival of the BSA.

I am a den leader for both my daughters. If you’re at all familiar with the organization you know forcing it back into being the “boys-only” space that has been historically, um, problematic is a bad idea, and the opening up of membership to all has been critical to the ongoing survival of the BSA.
Catholic guilt is damaging and bad but we need to bring back Episcopalian shame. It’s less “I’m going to hell for this” and more “It would be unseemly to have to talk about this with the Rector after the advent Evensong service”

I had someone try to scoot by me who said “excuse me”. My brain could not decide whether to reply No Problem or No Worries, so I just said “No”.

Normally by 7am, this street is already filled with construction workers getting ready for a day’s work on the tower in the background. It was completely empty today.

Perhaps coinciding with Tidal now allowing you to upload your own music directly, AI slop under the name of established artists is starting to seep into their algorithm. Case in point, “When I Still This Hope” is not the way any human talks, and it’s definitely not a Jeff Tweedy song.
