This is voter suppression. Dem voters got mailers telling them to vote on Dec 3rd even though the election is Dec 2nd. That’s illegal. And GOP voters got intimidation mail—“we’re watching,” “you’ll be on a list.” That’s a federal crime under 52 USC 20511. This isn’t campaigning. It’s election fraud.
The election is tomorrow DECEMBER 2ND! These were mailed to Democratic voters. This is a crime. Also included is a screenshot of a flyer telling Republicans they are tracking their votes. Another flyer says they will be put on a list.

So it turns out the “law and order” crowd gave a spoken kill order in the Caribbean and hoped nobody would notice. Now both Armed Services Committees are scrambling. When even Republicans say “WTF just happened,” you KNOW someone screwed up.

There are several important cases before the Supreme Court about redistricting. The Texas case -- which is awaiting a decision -- will tell us whether Donald Trump's gambit to have Texas illegally gerrymander will succeed or fail. I am proud that my law firm is in this fight!
