Blue Cross Blue Shield in Connecticut, New York and Missouri has declared it will no longer pay for anesthesia for the full length of some surgeries.
It the procedure goes over a certain time, anesthesia will not be covered for the duration.

Nah, I’ll allow it this once. I tried to be outraged but the claim was denied.
Murder is bad: whether you're a person on the street or a CEO denying health coverage. Both should be scrutinized, but one is provided cover in the name of profit and capitalism.
