The right to review has been upheld! Antonelli has been promoted to P4. Mercedes presented the roll hoop camera as ‘new evidence’ which was unavailable to the stewards. They deemed there was enough room when Antonelli crossed into the fast lane and it wasn’t unsafe. #F1 #AusGP

This race result was a pretty clean ranking of not crashing, then strategy, then car performance.
Only exceptions are Piastri (got stuck), Verstappen (P2 despite a meh strategy) and Gasly (only P11 despite Ferrari).

I'm so happy for Hulk that he managed to get some points in 😭. I was fully prepared to spend this year miserable, but Sauber is looking better than Haas this year.

The F1 season opener is done and wow what a race.
I'm so happy for Hulk that he managed to get some points in 😭. I was fully prepared to spend this year miserable, but Sauber is looking better than Haas this year.

Quite a disHaaster strategy today. Staying out and doing multiple laps seems to have been optimal, but Haas had one driver in the pits each session.

Also note KMag in 10th place 🥹. He didn't participate in Interlagos due to illness, but still is the #3 of the midfield, ahead of Perez and behind the Alpines, who got their double podium in the race he missed.
