15 November 1902: FOREIGN MAIL ACCELERATION The new trans-Siberian railway will shorten considerably the time required for the transmission of China mails. A letter posted at Wei-Hai-Wei, China, on 9th October was delivered at Lintmill, Cullen, on 11th inst., having been sent on the new route.
