Men were branded as gangsters sent to CECOT, the torture prison in El Salvador.

On 7/19, 252 were released to Venezuela- the Salvadorans still there.
We won't forget the injustice to them and continue to speak out for all that ICE has disappeared in US

Today it's 8 mo. since the Venezuelan & Salvadoran men were illegally sent to CECOT, known to be a torture prison. Thankfully, the Venezuelan men were released, though justice is needed for them. The Salv. men, 36 or more (w the exception of KAG) still there.

Please advocate for them. #libertad

There’s a disturbing lack of outrage over ICE’s aggressive tackling and arrest of a non verbal autistic man in Chicago.

Just like the lack of outrage over Rodney Taylor, a disabled double amputee who’s been held in solitary for months.

Disabled lives matter too!
Disabled People are Being Mistreated in ICE Detention Facilities
Why is no one talking about it? Where's the media? Where's the public outcry? Another example of the pervasive nature of ableism and how society views disabled people as expendable.

Please share widely and advocate for Emmanuel Garcia.
Lastly there’s Emmanuel Garcia, a 15 year old autistic boy who went missing a month ago.

Houston PD had his mother’s missing persons report, but chose to call ICE.

He’s been in federal custody ever since, and his mother has not been allowed to see him

I’m sharing this again because Alma still hasn’t been released, and neither has Rodney Taylor.

ICE is targeting disabled people and counting on society not caring because they see us as expendable.

They also grabbed and dragged a disabled blind man in Portland last week.

While you’re here, please take a moment to read my article about Rodney Taylor, a disabled double amputee who’s being held in solitary confinement by ICE.

He was two days away from receiving new prosthetics when they grabbed him.
