Beyond how flatly unacceptable AI crap is, it just signals to me that I shouldn't care about this supposedly "rich setting". If it's not worth paying for a real performance, then why the fuck should I pay for a copy of the game? I feel bad for the devs who made a seemingly really fun game!
Arc Raiders does seem genuinely genuinely but the AI voice acting is a bridge too far for me to buy it, and I have to admit it’s a little crazymaking that basically none of the reviews I’ve seen bring it up at all. Even setting the ethics aside it sounded distractingly bad in the recent beta
