The US is not a party to the Rome Statute, so Trump has no legal authority to change the ICC’s jurisdiction or compel the court to amend its treaty to grant his immunity to future prosecutions. Trump's mental decline is accelerating and it is amplifying his paranoia, rage and erratic use of power.
