Interesting post. Most of this seems the way to go, especially with you kids.

One thought this sparked for me is the slight difference between using Perplexity vs Claude/ChatGPT.

Perplexity more often surfaces the raw content from search rather than summarising / presenting conclusions.

Doing research into color spaces has been fun. I still haven't decided if I'm an HSL or HSV kind of guy.

That said, I'm really struck by this black & white diagram from a patent filed in 1983, showing how color maps to the HSL space (Hue, Saturation, Lightness).
