I'll always start a game on its default difficulty, but I've got no shame about lowering to its easier/easiest level if I'm either struggling or feel disengaged from the gameplay and just want to experience the story as fast as possible
What difficulty do you generally play games on?
For me, I play on normal the vast majority of the time. Not too easy, not too challenging. It’s the setting that generally allows me to both enjoy the story and appreciate the gameplay mechanics. Will play on the hardest or easiest sometimes.
