Originally from Anglesey in the UK, I know find myself now married, living and working in the USA just outside Cleveland Ohio. A long suffering #Everton fan who tries to watch the games when my job allows. Never did Twitter, very new to Bluesky.

I think most would agree that they never expected things to be so good under Moyes.
Entertaining football and more importantly great performances and results.
I haven’t enjoyed watching us play this much in many, many years!

To recap, Trump:

-Forced out the FAA chief at Musk's insistence
-Imposed a hiring freeze that reportedly included air traffic controllers
-Fired the TSA head and gutted a key aviation safety committee
-Blamed the DCA crash on DEI

This is disastrous leadership.

We did not have a FAA administrator to respond to the tragic crash last night in DC. Why? Because Elon Musk pushed the head appointed under Biden to resign after he fined SpaceX for failing to follow safety license requirements. www.theverge.com/news/603113/...
The FAA is facing a major crisis without a leader because Elon Musk pushed him out
FAA chief Michael Whitaker resigned earlier this month after facing criticism from Musk.

Everton have scored 3 goals in the first half of a Premier League game for the first time since against Brighton in May 2023, and the first time they have done so at Goodison Park since against Leicester in April 2017. #EFC

#Everton history with returning managers or players is not great, so I was hoping for someone different. Saying that I am a #DavidMoyes fan, even if his attitude toward while working in Manchester was pretty poor. Here’s hoping to better times and hopefully a more positive outlook for us again.
