I really enjoy running in nature in the same spot over multiple seasons. You get see how the landscape changes, the creatures who are out, you get to know the sun and the shade and what changes and what stays the same.

Are all of our thoughts and ideas truly ours? Not all of them, but possibly some of them. We would not have gotten to where we are now (as humans) if our ideas were just dependent on our experiences and external factors. If it weren't the case, we'd be where we started.
