One intersection that bugs me every time I go through it is Amory and Green. Why is there no LPI literally at a T station? Pedestrians should be prioritized everywhere in Boston but particularly in high pedestrian areas like a T station. @jfh01.bsky.social @sofio.bsky.social #ArriveAlive

New York City saw approx 250 roadway fatalities in 2024. There were 2 fatalities on the MTA in the same period. This is them laying the ground work for why they are going to disinvest in public transit and it is shameful.

US roads are now more dangerous than Russia's. And other OECD countries like the UK have seen huge #publichealth wins in this area.

If you live in the US your lifetime risk of dying in a crash is ~1 in 90. But you can protect yourself by living in a city like DC, NYC, New Haven, Boston. #roadsafety
