In the UK, we hear the Chancellor is including flood defence budgets in her spending review, even as the Environment Secretary argues it's ok to build in flood risk zones because they're building flood barriers. Are we laying the foundations of a future disaster?

If you’re wondering whether to support an artist / creator you like, then maybe it helps to think of buying / subscribing as the counterweight to the “everything is free” decades. If governments won’t support artists with UBI in the face of that, then creators’ shop windows are a way of getting by.
