I know staffing is an issue pretty much everywhere.
Managers, a quick way to go from a good employee, to a low morale employee, to a broken spirit dead inside employee, to a quit without 2 week notice employee is to keep asking him to do more because of understaffing.

Hockey needs to have a look at a lot of the trophies named after the builders that are, to say the least, problematic.

Herb Carnegie was so good with the Quebec Aces that his teammate Jean Beliveau copied his skating and stickhandling style.
Considered the best Black player to never play in the NHL, he had a big impact on hockey.
Oh, and he was a champion golfer.
