Véraison is beginning. I got out and bagged the grape clusters of 12 of our 36 Sangiovese grape vines today. Hand bagging grape clusters is far too labor intensive for a commercial vineyard, but ideal for a home vineyard. Birds can easily get under nets and wipe out a vintage.

The Democratic Party needs generational change. Why would the DNC nullify elections of David Hogg and Malcolm Kenyatta as Vice Chairs? John Lewis encouraged making "good trouble", which is what Hogg and Kenyatta are doing. They are holding up a mirror to Democratic Party leadership.
