A week from today I will be rejoining USL's BI team on a fulltime basis as a Business Intelligence Specialist. On Friday I'll be relocating to the Tampa area. I'm super excited to start, and the quick move has led to less posting, so I hope to be back once I'm settled

Time to bring back the elo rankings. Except now I'm using a much lower change factor than before (rewarding consistency) and setting the arbitrary start to 500 (think .500)

But, looking at ASA's team xG in each match, we can derive an "xElo" value for each team

Had my last 7v7 run with my men’s league team before moving. Craziest cardio session of my life. Never been that useless before
- 90’ played at CM
- Couldn’t be higher than 60% pass completion
- 2/2 dribbles completed (i’ve still got it)
- 0/4 shots on target
- 6.2 sofascore rating
