A witness says a woman was trying to drive away from an ICE operation and the ICE agent "reached across the hood of the car and shot her in the face like three, four times."

A recent decision overturned Trump's ban on offshore wind. It rejected Trump's claim that the normal rules of judicial rule don't apply when an agency acts pursuant to a presidential directive. That's going to be a key legal issue in the next few years.
