Napoleon (2023) was strange, slow, and mostly boring. The Austerlitz ice barrage was engaging and the cinematography was gorgeous. The rest was Phoenix playing aloof and his awkward romance with Josephine. Also, Waterloo was made a much bigger deal than it really was.
