Headlines say $2k checks. Nice! But... Reading about it sounds really off. Like, "tariff dividend." That doesn't sound like it makes sense. Those words don't go together.

1. I don't know if those are real. If they are, a news org should verify. (Maybe they have?)

It's like, yeah I like how that keeps me from getting hooked. But, I like really, really needed to keep going with it. (And am totally broke. If I weren't, I could get a real person.)

In a way, I guess Claude shutting you out is better than the sadness of talking to older, less refined GPT.
This is where everything is headed. The well-off will have the top tier AI. Everyone one else will have to pay for quick fixes or else fight with it like we do now with phone answering bots.

Maybe I got this wrong. Dems want to undo cuts to Medicaid and ACA subsidies from the BBB. That is why the govt. might shut down.
